Privacy notice

Effective September 8, 2026. This service is operated by Best of Everything (BOE) for its internal QuickBooks workflow. It is not offered to the public.

The service processes authorization codes, connection tokens, company identifiers, and requested company or invoice information. The intended attachment workflow processes purchase-order documents and their matching invoice identifiers. Source documents remain subject to BOE’s normal record-retention policies.

Intuit processes the QuickBooks connection and API requests. Cloudflare hosts this service and its encrypted connection storage. Processing may occur in multiple countries; this service does not promise US-only hosting. Application request logging is disabled; infrastructure providers may retain their own security and operational records.

Connection tokens are encrypted before storage and are used only for the authorized BOE connection. They are deleted from active app storage when disconnection succeeds. This service does not sell data, serve advertising, or use advertising cookies. A temporary secure cookie protects the authorization flow.

BOE uses Codex to assist with development and order-processing workflows. This authorization service itself does not call a generative-AI model. BOE administrators control any separate AI-assisted processing of operational records.
